Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Doogan, Gruenberg, and Gara: Page 159, following line 28: 2011-05-13 House Journal Page 1245 Insert a new subsection to read: "(g) The sum of $2,200,000,000 is appropriated from the statutory budget reserve fund (AS 37.05.540) to the Alaska permanent fund (art. IX, sec. 15, Constitution of the State of Alaska)." Representative Doogan moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Stoltze objected.
